Chitram Engineering recognizes the fact that the total customer satisfaction and care cannot come from product differentiation alone, but Process differentiation is also equally important.
As a stepping stone towards this objective the company has implemented ISO 9002:94 based Quality Assurance model in the year 2000. Now the company has upgraded to quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008
Total process orientation enabling customer satisfaction and care is well set in the company with a function and person identified for process improvement
Chitram very firmly believes in the fact that the ISO 9001:2008 process should result in internal improvement and also help customers save their time and efforts
